These Terms of Use are a plain-language agreement for using Inboxr Pro at inboxrpro.com and related services. They are not legal advice and are not a deliverability guarantee.
By visiting inboxrpro.com, booking a meeting, applying for a seat, or using an Inboxr Pro account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use Inboxr Pro for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
If you do not agree, do not use the site or service.
Inboxr Pro is a software seat and training product for email outreach campaigns. Public prices (unless your confirmed order says otherwise):

VIP $204 = setup + first month seat + 3 warm-ups.
Training is included with the campaign seat.
The seat is a license to use the Inboxr Pro campaign tools and Training for your account. It is not a promise that any message will land in the inbox, get opens, get replies, or meet a sales quota.
Public seating does not use a card form on Inboxr Pro pages.
Locked path:
We do not publish Zelle, Stripe, or other public payment secrets for seats on Inboxr Pro pages. Payment for the recurring seat is handled through Relay after the meeting. We do not store card numbers on Inboxr Pro public pages.
Optional apply forms on the site (if present) are for intake only. They do not replace the meeting → Relay path for seating.
While your seat is active and paid, you may:

We may update features over time. Training and UI labels can change as we improve the product.
Warm-up means teaching a mailbox to send safely before real outreach. Warm-up is $10 per mailbox for 2 weeks (limited slots, about 25).
During warm-up you must not send to real prospects or run live customer outreach from that mailbox.
Safe sequence: connect mailbox (or choose We set it up for you) → warm up → wait until clear → send a test to yourself → start small and watch reports.
Breaking the warm-up rule can hurt deliverability and may lead to suspension of sending or the seat.
Add-ons are optional unless you confirm them in the meeting or a written order.

We may pause sending, remove content, or suspend accounts when we believe these rules are broken.
You keep ownership of content and lists you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content so the product can work (send, store, report, support).
You are responsible for backups of important lists and for the accuracy of what you upload.
Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your login. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We do not ask for passwords in public chat bots. Use onboarding / support channels for account help.
Prices on the public site are the public stack. Your confirmed order controls if something differs.
Inboxr Pro helps you run outreach the right way. Results depend on your domain health, list quality, message, permission practices, warm-up discipline, and mailbox providers.
We do not guarantee inbox placement, open rates, reply rates, sales, or any specific business outcome.
Prospect verification (when offered) is not a guarantee of opens, replies, or inbox placement.
Calendar booking, Relay billing, fonts, hosting, email infrastructure, and similar tools are provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy notices also apply. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes of those providers beyond what we reasonably control.
We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, misuse the service, or create risk to the platform or others. You may stop using the service and cancel through the meeting / support path in Section 10.
Sections that should survive (including acceptable use, disclaimers, and liability limits) continue after termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, INBOXR PRO AND THE PEOPLE OPERATING IT ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST-PROFIT DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, LOST BUSINESS, OR DELIVERABILITY FAILURES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US FOR THE CAMPAIGN SEAT IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $75 IF YOU PAID LESS), EXCEPT WHERE THE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW THAT LIMIT.
Some places do not allow certain limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum the law allows.
You agree to defend and hold harmless Inboxr Pro and the people operating it from claims arising out of your lists, messages, campaigns, or misuse of the service, including spam or unlawful outreach, to the extent allowed by law.
We may update these Terms. The Last updated date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms for future use. If you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel through the meeting path.
These Terms are the whole agreement for the topics they cover, and replace prior conflicting public site language on those topics. If one part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a part is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a business transfer.
Governing law and venue will follow the laws and courts of the place where the Inboxr Pro operator principally runs the business, unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise. A physical street address is not listed on this page.
