The calendar provider may collect your name, email, and meeting details so we can schedule and follow up. That booking data is used to confirm what you need and to start onboarding.
Public checkout on Inboxr Pro pages is not a card form.

Relay processes payment for the recurring seat arrangement. We do not store card numbers on Inboxr Pro public pages. Payment details you provide to Relay are handled under Relay’s own practices. We may receive billing status, amount, and account identifiers needed to keep your seat active — not your full card number on our public site.
We do not publish Zelle, Stripe, or other public payment rails for seats on Inboxr Pro pages.
When you visit our site, standard web server and hosting logs may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate time of visit.
Our pages may load common third-party assets (for example web fonts). We may use standard web analytics or similar measurement tools to understand traffic and improve the site. If you upload contacts or write campaigns inside Inboxr Pro, that content stays tied to your account use of the product. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to contact people on your lists and for following unsubscribe and permission rules. See our Terms of Use and Training (Opt-in & opt-out).
If you order Prospects or optional verification credits (Product 1 / Titan credits door, when offered), we and our fulfillment tools may process the order details and delivery email you provide. Those paths are separate from the $25 seat unless your confirmed order says otherwise.
We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, handle billing and support, meet legal or accounting duties, and resolve disputes. When we no longer need it for those purposes, we delete or de-identify it when practical.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate for a small SaaS product. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use a strong password and keep your login private.
Inboxr Pro is for business and professional use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the local rule for this kind of service). If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
