DNS for your sending domain(s)

Tell us exactly where this domain’s DNS is managed and how we may change mail records. Registrar and “where DNS lives” are often different (example: bought at Namecheap, DNS at Cloudflare).

Wrong DNS host = setup stalls. If you are unsure whether DNS is at Cloudflare vs your registrar, check who shows your current nameservers.

How we get temporary access *

Prefer invite or vault handoff over a long-term password in this form.

If we buy cold domains

Even when we buy and host cold domains, check all:

I understand cold sending domains are separate from my main website domain *
We will not assume your public site domain is the sending domain unless Path B says so. I understand warm-up is about 14 days before any prospect sends *
No live prospecting during warm-up. I understand Inboxr Pro’s desk manages DNS on the new cold domains *
You do not need to give us DNS on those new domains unless you later attach a brand domain (then Path B / DNS block applies).
